Antique Gillinder and Sons White Milk Glass UV Crucifix Cross Candlestick Holder

Beautiful vintage milk glass candle holder with a short-armed cross that has the molded form of Jesus. Incredible detail.
Single cast pressed glass with hollow hexagonal (six) sided bases.

These were advertised by Gillinder from 1899 to 1903. There are replicas, however these original earlier pieces the left leg is tucked behind the right leg and do not have the INRI on the cross. They also tend to have longer arms on the cross. The original pieces are UV reacted, and if we get ahold of a UV light we will post additional photos.

Some of the edges may be imperfect which is expected with pressed glass manufacturing. Please see photos for depiction of one small flaw at the top of the piece.
